Leadership - ZMC
At Kingsfield Zurich Mennonite Church, leadership is structured this way:
The Leadership team, composed of elders and the staff (some are called Pastors; also are known as the fivefold leaders - see Kingsfield's Leadership structure), oversees the church body, giving the mission and ministry biblical leadership under Christ. See ZMC Staff photos and bios below.
The Council, composed of representatives from ministries throughout the church, oversees administrative decisions concerning policy and resources (including finances) in Jesus' church.
The Pastoral Care Team (also known as Deacons) ensures that people are taken care of and helped toward maturity in Christ by equipping the church in caring well, and by visiting people in crisis. This team is led by the Leader of Pastoral Care.
Each ministry tends to have a leadership team and has much autonomy to shape and carry out its unique mission and ministry, generally accountable to the Council, and to the Leadership Team (pastors and elders).

Additional Staff
In addition, each Kingsfield church calls out a Leadership Team of elders who give caring oversight. These are men and women who serve as overseers and mature spiritual 'parents'.
