Kingsfield Leadership
One of the foundational identity statements of Kingsfield is "Our leaders care for me by leading us." In saying this we recognize the importance of Christ-centered and Christ-following servant leaders who oversee the life of the community and point and lead us in the faith-stretching adventure of joining God in advancing his Kingdom in our lives, our communities, and the world.
Kingsfield is served by a team of pastoral leaders who focus primarily on equipping and guiding the churches into maturity, mission, and meaning.

Additional Staff
In addition, each Kingsfield church calls out a Leadership Team of elders who give caring oversight. These are men and women who serve as overseers and mature spiritual 'parents'.

At Zurich Mennonite Church, the Pastoral Care Team (see Pastoral Care Ministry) and many other leaders also serve to lead in equipping and caring well for people for our mission and ministry. See Leadership - ZMC for more.
